WELCOME:

If you are visiting today, you are our honored guest. Please fill out a Welcome Card and place it in the collection plate as it is passed following communion.

COMMUNION:

Please feel free to retrieve a concealed communion cup from the trays at either entrance. We will pass open communion to everyone during our special communion time.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY:

Join us EVERY Tuesday for Christ centered coffee and conversation as we all meet at ABCoffee, at 6:30am, on Debbie Lane. All are welcome and encouraged to come. Come for just one cup or stay for refills! See Todd for details. What better way to start your day! They will take a break for the holidays after the December 13th meeting.

FEARLESS FOR CHRIST GIRLS BIBLE STUDY: NEXT MEETING 12/6/22

We are meeting the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:30-9. Text Danielle or Stephanie with any questions. Invite your friends!

LITTLE HEARTS CHRISTMAS PROGRAM: NEXT SUNDAY
We invite you join us for the Annual LHS Christmas Program on December 11th at 5:30pm. All of our Little Hearts will perform from 18mos-PreK! This year it will be under the direction of Ashley Bray. We can't wait to share this special part of our holiday season with all of our Little Hearts and Lakeside families. As always there will be a special appearance from a "North Pole resident" and refreshments following the program. Our own little Lakesiders and grandkids of Lakesiders will be perfoming, and they are Stella Gentry, Abel Ellis, Beckham Gentry, Ivy Joy Ellis, Brooke Rainey, and Cade Gage.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY NEEDS YOU: NEW WINTER QUARTER STARTS TODAY
We love our volunteers, and we love our kiddos! Have you taken a break from teaching? Have you taught at Lakeside before OR have been thinking of volunteering? Do you love sharing your love for Jesus with little ones but don't know where to serve? We NEED YOU and your love for teaching these little souls. We have a special opportunity in our Sunday morning children's ministry for all ages from 2-4 yr olds, and someone to rotate in the 3rd-5th grade, for the Winter quarter that is Dec-Feb. We will not have bible classes on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. All curriculum is provided, and the class is 45 min. How fun to share and divide the quarter with a friend for those weekend football game getaways. This is the best place to get plugged in and share the stories of the Bible. We play Bible games, share a special story that comes with an activity page, share a snack, and make friendships that last a lifetime! Come be a part of this special ministry team and it will fill your "spiritual cup!" See Pam with questions or call/text 682-438-8274. Thank you for loving and praying for the future of Lakeside and its little Christian soldiers!

LITTLE HEARTS SCHOOL:

Want to have some fun with little folks a few hours a week? Little Hearts is looking for a few women to add to their SUBSTITUTE LIST of teachers who love to teach and play with 2-5 yr olds! What better way to share your love for Jesus and pour into these little ones. As cold and flu season approaches, we often have a teacher or staff member who is needed at home tending to their own child. Please see Haleigh or Apryl for this wonderful opportunity.

SUNDAY HOME GROUPS: Every 2nd Sunday, Lakeside is having Home Groups at designated member residences and here at the church building to provide a time of relaxed worship and relationship building with you, our families. We will be singing, praying, and having devotional time as we meet to fellowship with one another. Home Group hosts choose their time to meet and we hope that there is one that will fit your families need. Feel free to choose any group...but CHOOSE ONE! Time spent together in homes is like no other! See Todd/Debbie with any questions.

SUNDAY COMMUNION PREPARATION: WHO CAN SERVE IN JANUARY?

Lakeside has once again started passing open communion and we are looking for 4-6 teams of people to volunteer/rotate to PREPARE COMMUNION (fill cups/ place bread in trays), for Sunday mornings. This can be done on Sunday morning before/during class. Pre-Covid we had families that would prepare communion on Friday or Saturday, and that could be an option too! Please see Pam if this is the ministry for YOU!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: CHILDREN'S WORSHIP FOR 1ST, 3RD, & 4TH SUNDAYS

Do you enjoy singing Bible songs with your kids? Telling Bible stories to the littles? We could use your servant heart in Children’s Worship. Our special time set aside for ages 2-5 that takes place during the sermon is a fun place to spend 20-25 minutes telling the children a story from the Bible, singing The Lord’s Army, singing the books of the Bible and giving the parents an opportunity to take in the message, uninterrupted. Teenage youth this is a great place to practice your teaching skills and have fun! Mom and daughter/son, wife and husband, this is where it all starts! All materials prepared and ready for YOU! Please see Pam to be a part of this wonderful ministry.
