  • THIS WEEK: DOING LIFE TOGETHER

    SENIOR SUNDAY: APRIL 28TH

    We are celebrating our five graduating seniors: Addison Hanner, Tess Henrichs, Christian Huynh- Lopez, Walker Moulton, and J J Yanez. Enjoy viewing their senior tables, and make sure to sign their special Senior Bible as they prepare to embark on a new adventure after graduation. God has great plans for these young men and women. 


    WEDNESDAY EVENING: 

    Join us for dinner at 6:15pm followed by Bible classes for all ages at 7pm. Skip the kitchen and drive-thru and share a meal with your Lakeside families! 


    WEDDING SHOWER FOR JACKLYN & COLIN:

    Ladies, please make sure you sent your RSVP to Vivian Williams if you will be attending the Wedding Shower for Jacklyn & Colin that takes place this coming Saturday at Debbie Gentry’s. Jacklyn is the eldest daughter of Teresa Bowman, and the wedding will be here at Lakeside, on Sunday May 26th.

     

    GUYS BBQ & CORNHOLE:

    This Saturday our men, young and young at heart, are invited to the Moulton’s home, 1817 Lake Glen Trail, Mansfield, for BBQ & Cornhole, at 5-7pm. See Todd or Tres  for details.

     

    CELEBRATION OF LIFE:

    A memorial celebration for Jim Cawyer will be here at Lakeside, Monday, May 20th at 1pm. This will be preceded by a military service at the National Cemetery at 11:15am.


    CHARLOTTE ANDERSON OUTREACH: 

    We are asking for your help as the school needs boxes of ZIPLOCK BAGS OF ALL SIZES! We have a basket out by the Nursery and we will continue to collect your donations as long as the need is there! Thank you in advance for serving and loving these families, and teachers.

  • PRAYER LIST: Requests/Praises/Needs

    Jim Cawyer, age 81, passed away last week in the Ennis Care Center where he had resided for 2 years. Celebration of Life will be here at Lakeside on May 20th at 1pm, following burial at the National Cemetery at 11:15am.


    Brian Perry- is recovering from skin cancer surgery and we pray for hie recovery and heling at this time..


    Brenda Perry- will have a heart cath oblation procedure on May 9th. Please keep her in your prayers as this time approaches.


    Ann Wilson- please pray for Ms. Ann as the hardware in her back has shifted  and she needs rod removal. It is very near her spinal cord and we pray for her treatment plan at this time. She is regaining her strength to prepare for her surgery.


    Margarete Schmidt-   prayers as she has traveled to Germany for an extended stay. Please also pray for her cousin Godfried whose cancer has returned. Please pray for this entire family as they seek healing at this time.


    Cathi Daigle-  has been diagnosed with diabetes and is also suffering with severe asthma. Please pray for Jeff Gray and Cathi's friend Shelly, as they are struggling with concerns at this time. Seeks prayers for her son Jeremy and his spiritual health. God is at work and he knows just what they need.


    Karen McDonald- ask for prayers for Chase Benoit that he gets called back to work, her sister Marsha Disotell, who is suffering with severe stomach issues, and also Taylor Wyatt and her high risk pregnancy with twins.

    Kelly Leeds is asking for prayers for her uncle Johnny Williams as he goes through infusion treatments for cancer.


    Ed Johnson (Anna Wilson's friend)- who is battling a fatal illness.


    CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR: Alysha Hobbs family, James Wilhite, Harrison Hanner, Tammy Magnum (Brenda Perry's sister), Diane Hudgens (former member-cancer).
